About the role:
Full time / Hybrid role
SCHADS Level 7 = $63.13 per hour
Location: Brisbane, Gold Coast or Sunshine Coast
As the Service Development Lead, you will improve the systems, information, reporting and processes that support QuIHN’s Therapeutic Services across Queensland. Working closely with managers, service teams and software developers, you will lead service reporting, performance monitoring, evaluation and digital improvement initiatives that strengthen service delivery and support informed decision-making.

Key responsibilities:
- Lead the development and maintenance of reporting frameworks,
dashboards and performance monitoring systems across QuIHN’s Therapeutic Services.
- Monitor service activity, outcomes, data quality and key performance indicators, identifying trends, risks and opportunities for improvement.
- Provide data, analysis and performance insights to support service planning, funding submissions, proposals and strategic decision-making.
- Support the development, testing, implementation and ongoing improvement of client management, reporting and related systems, including Q Files and associated platforms.
- Develop, maintain and deliver system documentation, reporting guidance, user guides and training resources to ensure important knowledge is accessible and supports the consistent use of Q Files, Power BI and other related systems across Therapeutic Services.
About You:
You are a proactive and collaborative professional with demonstrated experience delivering projects and operational improvements.
To be successful, you will bring:
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Health Management, Public Health, Business, Human Services, Information Systems, Project Management or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in service performance monitoring, reporting, evaluation, quality improvement and/or project management.
- Proven experience supporting service improvement,
system implementation or organisational change initiatives.
- Experience working with software developers, digital projects or system integrations.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide insights that support informed decision-making and service improvements.
- Experience working with client management systems (proficiency in Power BI and Microsoft Power Platform will be highly regarded).
- Experience developing reports, dashboards and performance monitoring frameworks.
- Strong communication, training and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, priorities and competing deadlines effectively.
- Willingness and capacity to travel regularly to all QuIHN locations throughout Queensland.
- Current Queensland Driver Licence.
- Ability to obtain a National Police Check.
