Project Delivery Coordinator – Fuel & Workshop Projects

We're looking for an organised, customer focused Project Delivery Coordinator to join our Workshop Operations team.

This is more than a scheduling role.

You'll become the central point of contact for our customers, coordinating projects from handover through to completion while delivering an outstanding customer experience every step of the way.

About the Role

Reporting to the National Service Manager, you'll coordinate workshop and fuel infrastructure projects from the moment they're handed over by Sales until final completion and customer handover.

Working closely with Sales, Engineering, Procurement, Service and Finance, you'll ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and with proactive communication throughout.

You'll be trusted to make decisions, identify risks early and keep both customers and internal stakeholders informed.

What You'll Be Doing

As our Project Delivery Coordinator, you'll:

- Coordinate multiple installation projects simultaneously.

- Become the primary contact for customers throughout their project.

- Develop project schedules and manage installation timelines.

- Coordinate technicians,



subcontractors and suppliers.

- Raise work orders, purchase orders and invoices.

- Coordinate equipment procurement and deliveries.

- Monitor project budgets and delivery milestones.

- Identify project risks and implement solutions before they impact customers.

- Provide regular project updates to customers and internal stakeholders.

- Ensure all documentation is accurate and completed on time.

- Coordinate commissioning, practical completion and project handover.

- Work closely with Sales to ensure a seamless customer experience from sale through to completion.

- Contribute to improving systems, processes and the overall customer experience.

About You

You'll be an organised and motivated professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced setting and managing multiple priorities.





You'll ideally bring experience in:

- Project coordination or project management

- Service coordination

- Operations

- Construction or industrial projects

- Workshop equipment, fuel systems or related industries (desirable)

You'll also have:

- Outstanding organisational skills.

- Excellent written and verbal communication.

- Strong customer relationship skills.

- High attention to detail.

- Confidence using Microsoft Office and ERP systems.

- The ability to prioritise competing demands.

- A proactive, solutions-focused approach.

- The confidence to make decisions and take ownership.
