About The Opportunity

As Parts Advisor, you'll be the go-to person helping customers and colleagues find the right parts, gear and accessories to keep them riding. It's a mix of customer service, product knowledge and hands-on organisation — great for someone who likes variety and a fast pace.

Reporting to the Operations Manager / Dealer Principal, your day-to-day will include:

- Helping customers find the right parts and accessories, in-store and by phone
- Keeping the parts area stocked, organised and running smoothly
- Processing orders and keeping inventory systems up to date
- Supporting the Service and Sales teams with accurate parts supply




- Getting involved in ride days, demo events and trade shows

About You

You don't need to be an expert on bikes - just genuinely interested and keen to learn. You're comfortable talking to customers, juggling a few things at once, and staying organised under pressure.

You'll also have:

- Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Office and stock systems
- Some retail or customer service experience
- Valuable communication and attention to detail
- A motorcycle licence is a plus - happy to support you getting one if not
- A Certificate III in Automotive Sales is a bonus, but definitely not essential
