A luxury tile and surface supplier requires an orgainised and personable Showroom Reception & Samples Coordinatior to join their team.

In this role you will be the face of the brand and the first point of contact for all clients and showroom visitors.

An ideal role for anyone with a passion for people, luxury interiors and high-end products.

Key responsibilities

- Greet all visitors to the showroom and ensure they have a professional and welcoming first impression

- Answer and direct incoming phone calls, including taking detailed messages

- Manage general email enquiries and respond in a timely and appropriate manner

- Coordinate showroom appointments with the sales team

- Organise incoming and outgoing mail including freight bookings and daily sample dispatch

- Prepare sample boards for current and current products, including cutting individual samples cards

- Assist in maintaining the samples library to ensure everything is organised and accurately labeled

- Assist the sales team through samples preparation for upcoming meetings and appointments with designers

- Ensure the showroom and office spaces are presented to a high standard, including ordering and maintaining kitchen and office supplies

Skills and experience

- 1-2 years in a similar administration or front of house role, ideally within a design focused or creative environment





- High attention to detail with proven organisation and self-management skills

- Exceptional communication for liaising across teams

- Experience in managing sample logistics and freight highly regarded

- Proficient in administration duties and office management

- Proactive willingness to assist the wider team where needed
