Aspire Early Education & Kindergarten is seeking an experienced and passionate Centre Manager to lead our brand new Hemmingway, Thornhill Park service. This is an exciting opportunity to establish a high quality early learning centre from the ground up, build a talented team, and create a positive culture where children, families, and educators can thrive.

About the Role As Centre Manager, you will play a key role in the successful launch and ongoing leadership of our Hemmingway, Thornhill Park service.
You will:





- Lead all pre opening and centre readiness activities
- Recruit, onboard, and develop a passionate team of educators
- Create a positive, inclusive, and high performing team culture
- Drive occupancy growth and build strong community relationships
- Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework
- Lead continuous improvement and quality outcomes
- Partner with families to deliver exceptional early learning experiences
- Manage the daily operations and financial performance of the centre

About You You will bring:

- Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care
- Minimum two years' experience as a Centre Manager or in a senior leadership role
- Previous experience opening a new service is highly regarded
- Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework and Children's Services Regulations
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and retain high performing teams
- Experience driving occupancy and community engagement
- Outstanding leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Current First Aid, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis qualifications
- Current Working with Children Check and Police Check
