About The Role
Yilabara is currently recruiting for our Nowra Employment Services team for a fulltime Employment Advisor role.
As part of our Illawarra South Coast Workforce Australia team, you will support Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander participants on their employment and education journeys.
You will empower individuals to build confidence, develop skills, and access meaningful employment or training opportunities
What You’ll Be Doing
- Build strong, culturally respectful relationships with participants
- Support job readiness through coaching, referrals, and tailored support
- Connect participants with employment and training opportunities
- Work with employers and community to create pathways
- Provide ongoing support to help participants succeed in work
- Maintain accurate records and meet compliance requirements
About You

Requirements
- Full Australian working rights
- Current driver’s licence
- Willingness to obtain a National Police Check
- Ability to pass a Working with Children Check
