About the Role
We are seeking a professional, reliable and client-focused Customer Service & Security Officer to join our Adelaide team. This is a hands-on role where you will help maintain the security and operational integrity of the branch while delivering a premium experience for clients.
You will be responsible for secure entry processes, surveillance and access control, client support and day-to-day operational assistance.
What You’ll Do
· Monitor CCTV, alarms and access control systems to support continuous security coverage.
· Manage secure access processes and ensure only authorised clients and personnel enter restricted areas.
· Assist and escort clients while they access the secure facility.
· Respond to alarms, irregular activity and security events in line with established procedures.
· Maintain accurate incident reports, logs and shift documentation.
· Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective and existing clients.
· Build positive client relationships through professional, discreet and attentive service.
What We’re Looking For
· Current South Australian Security Licence, including Crowd Control.
· Current First Aid and CPR certification, or willingness to obtain.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Strong attention to detail and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
· Professional presentation, sound judgement and a high level of discretion.
· Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
· Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
