Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team to deliver superior customer service and property management
- Build and maintain strong tenant relationships
- Oversee lease obligations, financial performance, and budgeting
- Manage operational and capital expenditure, and ensure timely reporting
- Act as the main point of contact for tenants and vendors
- Drive operational performance and continuous process improvements
About You:
- 3-4+ years experience in commercial property management with strong financial acumen
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong knowledge of building services, real estate trends, and lease interpretation
- Experience with Re-Leased or Cirrus 8 software is highly desirable
- Passion for project work and a drive to problem-solve
- Solid leadership skills with the ability to guide and motivate a team
