- Advertise vacancies and proactively source suitable candidates.
- Screen and interview candidates across multiple clinical disciplines.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future vacancies.
- Coordinate interviews, offers, onboarding and pre-employment requirements.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide regular updates.
- Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment information within internal systems.
- Deliver a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Contribute to recruitment projects, campaigns and continuous process improvements.

- Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, candidate sourcing, HR coordination or a related role.
- An interest in developing your career within internal recruitment.

- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing competing priorities.
- A proactive approach to sourcing and engaging candidates.
- Strong attention to detail and administrative skills.
- Experience using SEEK, LinkedIn or other recruitment platforms would be highly regarded.
- Previous exposure to healthcare, allied health or the NDIS sector would be advantageous but is not essential.
Why Join Humanity Health Group?
- Join one of Australia’s growing allied health organisations.
- Receive structured training, mentoring and ongoing support from an experienced Talent Acquisition team.
- Develop your end-to-end recruitment capability across multiple healthcare brands and clinical disciplines.
