They are seeking a Sales & Service Representative to join their Newcastle team.

This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced industrial electrician, mechanical tradesperson or service technician looking to step off the tools and move into a customer-focused sales, service and operations role.

About the Role

Reporting to the Service Manager, you will support customers following scheduled service and maintenance work.

You will review technician reports, prepare quotations, coordinate repairs, source parts and ensure approved work moves smoothly through to scheduling and delivery.

This is a varied role combining technical knowledge, customer engagement and commercial responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

- Review service reports and identify repair, parts and equipment opportunities.
- Prepare quotations for repairs, spare parts and replacement equipment.
- Liaise with technicians to clarify technical requirements.
- Explain repair recommendations and provide technical advice to customers.
- Follow up quotations and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Coordinate parts procurement and approved repair work.




- Maintain accurate customer and sales information in the CRM.
- Work closely with the wider service and operations team.

What You Will Bring

- An industrial electrical or mechanical trade qualification, or strong technical experience.
- Experience in maintenance, manufacturing, field service or industrial equipment.
- A desire to move off the tools into a customer-focused technical role.
- Strong communication and relationship management skills.
- The ability to understand service reports and explain technical information clearly.
- Experience preparing quotations or estimating repair work is highly regarded.
- Strong organisation, problem-solving and commercial awareness.
