We are seeking experienced Site Supervisor to oversee the delivery of commercial insurance projects across Sydney. This is a site-based role where you'll be responsible for managing up to three large projects simultaneously, along with smaller projects as required.
Working closely with clients, subcontractors and internal stakeholders, you'll ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage up to three to four large commercial insurance projects concurrently.
- Oversee project delivery from commencement through completion.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and site activities.
- Monitor project budgets, schedules and resource allocation.
- Maintain strong client relationships and provide regular project updates.
- Ensure compliance with WHS requirements and company standards.
- Identify and resolve project risks and issues proactively.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting.
- Support the successful delivery of additional smaller projects as required.

About You:





- Proven experience managing commercial insurance or commercial construction projects.
- Ability to successfully manage multiple projects at the same time.
- Solid organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- A proactive approach with strong problem-solving skills.
- Sound understanding of project budgets, scheduling and delivery.
- Commitment to workplace safety and quality outcomes.
- Current driver's licence.
