The Role
Reporting directly to a highly experienced Department Head, you'll play a key role in supporting a busy Property Management team while developing your skills across all aspects of residential property management. Your responsibilities will include:





- Prepare tenancy agreements, lease documentation, and process bond lodgements, transfers, and claims
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance while liaising with landlords, tenants, and tradespeople
- Conduct routine, ingoing, and outgoing inspections
- Monitor rental arrears and ensure compliance with relevant legislation
- Provide administrative support to the Property Management

About You

- Current NSW Certificate of Registration (essential), a reliable car and current driver's licence
- Well-presented with excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Passion for customer service and Real Estate
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team workplace
