You'll be coordinating our plumbers, electricians, air conditioning technicians and roofers, ensuring every day runs efficiently, customers are kept informed, and our technicians have everything they need to succeed.

This is one of the most important roles in our company. The way you plan each day directly impacts our customer experience, technician culture and whether we achieve our monthly revenue goals.

What You'll Be Doing

- Coordinate and manage the daily schedules of multiple trade teams

- Allocate jobs based on technician skill set, location and availability

- Keep technicians productive throughout the day

- Communicate with technicians and customers to ensure everyone stays informed

- Monitor job progress and make schedule adjustments when required





- Respond quickly to urgent jobs, cancellations and changes

- Work closely with our CSR team to ensure jobs are booked efficiently

- Help drive daily revenue by maximising technician utilisation

- Build positive relationships with technicians and help create a solid team culture

- Keep the CRM up to date with accurate scheduling information

What We're Looking For

- An exceptional organiser who thrives in a fast-paced environment

- Someone who enjoys solving problems and making quick decisions

- Strong communication skills with the confidence to lead conversations

- Previous scheduling, dispatch or service coordination experience (MUST)

- Great computer skills and the ability to learn new systems

- A positive attitude and a calm approach under pressure

- Someone who genuinely enjoys helping both customers and teammates succeed
