With deep expertise across the Adelaide Hills & Fleurieu Peninsula markets, her extensive knowledge spans across two award-winning businesses: a top-performing franchise office and her own independent brand, before joining the OC team in 2023. This is a full-time role based at either our Eastwood or Lonsdale office locations.

As Property Consultant in Team Timms, you'll play a key role across the full listing, campaign and sales process, from generating appraisal opportunities through to settlement. You'll be the operational backbone of the team, ensuring vendors, buyers and stakeholders experience a seamless, high-quality service at every touchpoint. This role suits someone who is highly organised, genuinely client-focused, and looking to grow their career in real estate - whether you're coming from a sales, administration, or client services background.

Key responsibilities include:

- Supporting the Lead Agent across all stages of the sales process, from appraisal preparation through to settlement
- Proactively prospecting and nurturing opportunities, identifying potential sellers and generating appraisal appointments for the team
- Liaising with vendors, purchasers, conveyancers, brokers and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth processes and transactions
- Managing diaries, appointments and key campaign milestones - keeping all activities organised, tracked and delivered on time
- Providing campaign administration, client follow-up and day-to-day operational support to keep the team performing at its best

To be considered for this opportunity, you will have:





- Current Real Estate Sales License (Essential)
- A current driver's licence (Essential)
- Strong relationship-building skills with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- High attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong experience in administration, sales support, or client-facing roles
