Full time forklift work with a national building supplier

A national plasterboard supply company is seeking experienced forklift operators to work with their close-knit team in Fyshwick. Due to a significant increase in demand for their products, they're experiencing a higher volume of orders, and are seeking forklift operators to help manage the increased workload and ensure timely and efficient operations.
Your new role
As a forklift operator, you'll be required to:
- Operate the forklift in a safe and professional manner
- Load and unload deliveries from trucks
- Assist with stock take and order picking
- Assist customers with pick up orders in the warehouse
- Maintain safe manual handling processes and comply with all WHS practices
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful for this position, you'll need:
- A forklift license with demonstratable experience in a similar role
- A current White Card, Asbestos Awareness and Silica Awareness card is preferred but not essential
- This role requires you to complete strenuous manual handling tasks, where you'll need to be physically capable and willing to do so
- An up-to-date resume including your experience and relevant licenses
