We are seeking an Administration Officer to join our team at West Wyalong Machinery Centre. This is a busy, varied role at the heart of a working agricultural equipment dealership — no two days are the same and your work makes a real difference to how the branch runs every day.

The Opportunity:

- Process and reconcile accounts payable and receivable

- Daily banking, receipting of funds and bank reconciliation

- Prepare EFT payment files and manage supplier payments

- Manage debtor follow-up and customer accounts

- Weekly timesheet preparation for payroll

- Complete sales and service administration duties

- Work closely with the State Finance Manager





- Provide high-level customer service to customers and suppliers

- Provide all round branch administrative support

About You:

- Previous experience in an administration or accounts role

- Outstanding attention to detail and excellent time management skills

- Excellent phone communication and customer service skills

- Ability to multitask effectively in a busy branch environment

- Must possess a current driver's licence

- Experience in the agricultural industry is not necessary but advantageous
