NewWay Solutions is currently seeking experienced Machine Operators to join a well-established food manufacturing company on the afternoon shift (1:00pm – 9:00pm, Monday to Friday).

About the Role
You'll play a key role in ensuring production runs safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. This position is ideal for someone with previous machine operating experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate production machinery safely and efficiently
- Monitor production lines to meet daily output targets
- Load raw materials into machinery
- Palletise and move finished products
- Complete quality checks throughout production
- Follow HACCP, food safety and quality procedures
- Previous FMCG or food manufacturing experience (highly regarded)
- Strong commitment to workplace safety
- Reliable with excellent attendance
- Able to work in a rapid-paced production setting
- Physically fit and capable of manual handling
- Willing to work overtime when required
- Looking for long-term employment
