NAK Hair is a proudly Australian-made, salon-exclusive brand committed to elevating the craft of hairdressing through premium colour, care and styling solutions. We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated part-time Technical Educator to join our QLD Education Team.

This role is based in Queensland and includes regional travel and occasional overnight stays. This role is part-time with 16 hours per week work available.

About the Opportunity

As a NAK Hair Technical Educator, you will play a key role in supporting and inspiring our salon partners. You will deliver engaging education, hands-on training, workshops and demonstrations across the NAK Hair Professional portfolio, while providing coaching and colour troubleshooting to help salons achieve exceptional technical results and business growth.

This is an on-the-road position servicing salons throughout Queensland, requiring a high level of professionalism, independence and confidence in colour education.

About You

To be successful in this role, you must meet all the following requirements:





- Qualified Hairdresser (previous Education experience highly regarded)

- Solid presentation and communication skills

- Confident delivering education in both group and in-salon environments

- Ability to think on your feet, troubleshoot and adapt to different learning needs

- Motivated, reliable, organised and able to work both independently and as part of a team

- Open to feedback, willing to take direction and contribute fresh ideas

- Hold a current driver’s licence and have your own vehicle
