Key Responsibilities

- Provide operational and strategic leadership across hospital clinical services.
- Lead clinical governance, risk management, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with NSQHS Standards and accreditation requirements.
- Manage departmental budgets, workforce planning, and resource allocation.
- Mentor and develop Nurse Unit Managers and clinical leadership teams.
- Drive service improvement and operational efficiency.
- Build strong relationships with Visiting Medical Officers (VMOs), executive stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams.

Key Requirements

- Postgraduate qualifications in Nursing and/or Management
- Experience woking at Executive Level
- Management experience within a Hospital setting
- Solid leadership and operational management experience
- AHPRA Registration
- Sound understanding of accreditation, risk, and clinical governance
- Strong business and financial acumen
