About the role:

We're representing the owner of a highly regarded retail destination on the Gold Coast and are seeking an experienced Centre Manager to take the lead across all aspects of asset performance, retailer engagement, operations, and stakeholder management.

This isn't a role where you'll get lost in a large portfolio or become another layer in the corporate structure.

Instead, you'll have the opportunity to take ownership of a well-established retail asset, work alongside a supportive and experienced team, and genuinely influence the centre's ongoing success.

The Opportunity

This is a hands-on Centre Manager position with responsibility across:

- Retailer relationship management and stakeholder engagement
- Budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting
- Asset performance and strategic planning
- Service contractor management and operational oversight
- Working collaboratively with leasing and marketing functions
- Maintaining a high standard of presentation and customer experience

About You

We're interested in speaking with professionals who have experience within retail property, shopping centres, large-format retail, or mixed-use assets.
You will bring:

- Experience managing retail property assets
- Strong commercial and financial acumen
- The ability to build trusted relationships with retailers and stakeholders
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach
