What you’ll be doing

We’re looking for an energetic, relationship-focused Sales Representative who’s ready to drive growth, build lasting partnerships, and make an impact within the Independent Grocery channel.

- Build and strengthen relationships across the Independent Grocery network, uncovering new growth opportunities.
- Bring products to life in-store through merchandising, promotional activation, and execution excellence.
- Manage a consistent call cycle to meet customer needs and exceed expectations.
- Negotiate distribution, ranging, and shelf positioning to maximise visibility and sales.
- Plan and execute strategies that align with client priorities and marketing initiatives.
- Travel within your region, including occasional regional trips 2-3 times per year.

What you’ll bring

- Proven background in sales or customer service, ideally within FMCG or Independent Grocery.
- A people-first approach with natural relationship-building skills.
- Tech-savvy and confident using MS Office, CRM, and email systems.
- Self-motivated, organised, and comfortable working autonomously.
- Robust time management and attention to detail.
- A positive, can-do attitude and thrive under pressure.




- Current Australian driver’s licence and reliable vehicle.
- Ideally location in or around Melbourne’s south-east suburbs (i.e. Moorabbin, Dandenong, Glen Waverley etc)
