Our focus is on providing practical, industry-relevant education and robust student support.We are currently seeking an energetic, proactive and student-focused Early Childhood Education and Care Facilitator to join our team at our Adelaide campus.This role would suit someone with strong current industry experience in early childhood education and care who is passionate about supporting adult learners and helping students develop practical, job-ready skills for the early childhood sector.Key responsibilities include:Preparing for and facilitating high-quality learning sessions in accordance with relevant training standards and course requirementsSupporting both practical and theoretical learning activities in Early Childhood Education and CareAssisting students to understand key early childhood practices, frameworks, regulations and workplace expectationsProviding students with timely feedback, guidance and supportSupporting student engagement, participation and progression throughout their courseMaintaining accurate and up-to-date student records, where requiredLiaising with trainers,
