Fresh off our Agency of the Year win, we’re looking for a Social & Influencer Account Executive ready to get stuck in. Someone who doesn’t just manage channels, but understands how social ideas travel, how platforms work, and how to create branded content people actually want to engage with.

What you’ll be doing:

- Supporting the development and execution of social-first ideas and campaigns
- Creating content (copy, concepts, lo-fi execution) that feels native to platforms
- Managing client social channels and reporting
- Working with influencers to build relationships and deliver excellent content
- Staying across trends, creators and culture – and bringing that into the work
- Keeping track of campaign timelines and deliverables

What we’re looking for:

- 1–2 years experience in social or content (agency or in-house)
- A strong instinct for what works on social (and what doesn’t)
- Confident writing skills – from captions to concepts




- Someone organised, proactive and able to meet deadlines with ease
- A genuine interest in culture, creators and how social ideas spread
- Bonus: experience creating content yourself (TikTok, Reels, etc.)

Admin:

- Sydney-based
- Hybrid working model, typically three office days a week
- Full working rights required
- Salary range: $60,000-75,000 inclusive of super
