Duties & responsibilities:

- Support children’s learning through play-based and outdoor experiences

- Lead and contribute to our Nature Play Philosophy

- Collaborate with families and educators to create a warm, inclusive environment

- Be reflective, intentional, and innovative in your practice.

- Lead and support our Indoor/Outdoor Program.

Requirements & experience:

- A Diploma or Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education (or working towards) or a Cert III

- Demonstrated experience in or passion for nature-based learning

- Strong communication and relationship-building skills

- A current QLD Working with Children Blue Card

- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis
