As a Lead Educator, you will:

- Lead and support your team to deliver high-quality education and care

- Build meaningful, respectful relationships with children, families and colleague

- Plan and implement engaging, play-based learning aligned with the EYLF and NQF

- Create safe, inclusive and inspiring learning environments





- Mentor and support fellow Educators

- Be an active part of our long-standing, collaborative and supportive team culture

? About You

Essential Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will:

- Hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or be actively studying towards it

- Have a strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)

- Hold a current Working With Children Check (Blue Card)

- Obtained current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma training

- Obtained Geccko mandatory child protection training

- Be committed to child safety, wellbeing and inclusive practice

- Bring great communication skills, a positive attitude and a team-first mindset
