Due to this sustained growth, a newly created Demand Planner role has become available, reporting into a genuinely outstanding Supply Chain Leader with a strong track record of developing talent, building succession pathways, and scaling supply chains on a global stage.

About the Role
Sitting at the heart of a fast-paced, high-growth commercial environment, this role will take ownership of the demand planning and S&OP; process for a defined region or category, working closely with a regional counterpart already embedded in an international market.

You'll be the key link between sales, marketing, NPD and supply, translating commercial activity, new product launches and market expansion into accurate, actionable forecasts. No two weeks will look the same — this is a business that moves fast, tests fast, and expects its people to keep pace.

Key responsibilities include:

- Leading the end-to-end demand planning and S&OP; cycle for your region/category
- Building and continuously refining forecast accuracy across a rapidly expanding product portfolio
- Partnering closely with sales, marketing and NPD teams to translate launch activity and promotional plans into demand signals
- Managing forecast variance and driving root-cause analysis when things shift (and they will)
- Working cross-functionally with supply planning,



procurement and international stakeholders
- Contributing to the ongoing maturity of demand planning processes and systems as the business scales

About You
This role will suit a demand planner who thrives in ambiguity and genuinely enjoys the pace of a scale-up environment. You won't be walking into a business with everything mapped out — you'll be part of building it.

You'll bring:

- Solid demand planning / S&OP; experience gained within FMCG, food manufacturing or a comparable quick-moving consumer environment
- A track record of operating in fast-paced, high-growth or scale-up businesses where priorities shift quickly
- Strong Excel skills and comfort working with manual, evolving processes (ahead of a future systems upgrade)
- Excellent stakeholder management and the confidence to build relationships across sales, marketing, NPD and international teams
- A resilient, adaptable mindset - someone who doesn't take change personally and can bring structure to organised chaos
- A genuine appetite for growth, both personally and professionally
