What We're Looking For

- Relevant qualification and professional registration
- Minimum 2 years Community Mental Health experience
- Confidence working with complex and high-acuity mental health presentations
- Robust assessment, risk management and care coordination skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams
