THE ROLE
Greenham is a proudly Australian, family-owned beef processor with a long-standing reputation for quality, innovation and investing in its people. They are seeking an experienced Boning Room Manager to lead a key production area at their Moe, VIC processing facility. You'll join a collaborative leadership team with opportunities to make a real impact and continue developing your career.

In this pivotal leadership role, you'll be responsible for driving safety, quality, productivity and continuous improvement while leading and developing a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the day-to-day operations of the Boning Room.
- Drive performance across safety, quality, yield and productivity.
- Build, mentor and develop a high-performing team.
- Ensure food safety, quality and WHS compliance.
- Work collaboratively with Production, Quality, Maintenance and Planning teams.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs and optimise performance.
- Manage departmental reporting, resources and budgets.

THE REQUIREMENTS




You'll be a confident and experienced leader with a passion for developing people and delivering operational excellence. You'll also bring:

- Extensive experience in meat processing, including Boning Room operations.
- Proven success leading production teams in a quick-paced manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of food safety, quality systems and workplace health and safety.
- A continuous improvement mindset with the ability to drive change.
- Excellent communication, planning and leadership skills.
- Relevant industry or leadership qualifications (desirable).
