The Role
Provide legal assistant support to a friendly and down to earth Partner and their team working across a wide range of commercial litigation matters which include company disputes, shareholder disputes, intellectual property, insolvency and professional negligence.
Duties
- Drafting and preparing court, property and other legal documents
- Communicating with clients, barristers and experts
- File management
- Managing diaries
- Preparation of general correspondence
- Monthly billing
Skills & Experience
- Intermediate experience as a commercial or litigation assistant
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously and show initiative
- High level organisational and prioritisation abilities
