Eric Jones Stairbuilding Group is an Australian family owned business which has been leading the Victorian staircase manufacturing industry since 1947. We specialise in timber/steel residential and commercial staircase construction, and take pride in our reputation for quality, reliability, and service.

Our Blackburn workshop is looking for an experienced Stair Builder / Tradesperson to join our team and contribute to the manufacture of our specialised range of traditional and custom staircases.

The Role:

- Manufacturing and assembling architecturally designed staircases

- Ability to read and interpret cuttings lists, set outs, and drawings

- Ensuring high standards of craftsmanship, accuracy and finish

- Working independently and within a team-oriented workshop workplace

What we’re looking for:

- Minimum 5 years experience in stair manufacturing/assembly (essential)





- Have a trade qualification in joinery or stairbuilding industry experience

- Strong focus on precision, attention to detail, and quality workmanship

- Ability to work independently and within a team

- Current Australian driver's licence and White Card
