About the Role
We're looking for a friendly, organised and customer-focused Client Services Coordinator to join our Team Rehab Solutions team in a permanent part-time position, working 20 hours per week.

This is a fast-paced and rewarding role where you'll be responsible for coordinating mobile allied health services, managing clinician schedules and ensuring our patients receive an exceptional experience from their very first interaction.

As the central point of contact for patients, clinicians and referrers, you'll play a vital role in keeping our services running smoothly while helping deliver high-quality care to people in the community.

Key Responsibilities
In this role you will:

- Coordinate and schedule allied health appointments across our community services.
- Manage clinician diaries to maximise efficiency while meeting patient needs.
- Answer incoming calls from patients, referrers and team members in a professional and timely manner.
- Build positive relationships with patients, case managers, referrers and clinicians through transparent, compassionate communication.
- Provide exceptional customer service with empathy, patience and professionalism.
- Complete a variety of administrative tasks including document management, scanning, filing and maintaining compliance records.
- Ensure all patient information and documentation is accurately maintained across internal systems.
- Support the wider administration team to ensure the highest standard of service is consistently delivered.

- Have intermediate Microsoft Office skills and are comfortable learning new systems.
- Have previous scheduling, rostering or administrative experience (experience within community or aged care is highly regarded).
- Are available to work flexible shifts between 7:00am and 5:00pm, Monday to Friday.
