Our client is a well established manufacturing company and self insurer. We are currently seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented WorkCover Claims Specialist to join their team:-

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following duties:

- Manage a portfolio of claims end-to-endSetting up claims in Solv Injury
- Self-Insurance experience preferred but not essential
- Initiating payment of invoices
- Creating new vendors in their system
- Arranging IMEs and sending letters to workers and IMEs with relevant paperwork
- Requesting treater reports
- Addressing account enquiries
- Working out PIAWE and administering payroll
- Assisting with strategies depending on level of experience

Requirements:

- Previous Agent experience essential
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of relevant software programs and Microsoft Office
- Robust attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Valuable understanding of workers rehabilitation and compensation legislation is desirable
