We operate in the telecommunications sector dealing with consumers all over Victoria. This position is based out of our office in Campbellfield.
About the role
The role involves dealing with and responding to various enquiries from our existing and potential customers across sectors. Most communication is done via email/online but some phone conversations will be required.
We are looking for an outgoing, vibrant and extroverted individual who loves to communicate with people. Previous call centre or telecommunications experience is not essential but it's highly regarded.
To be successful in this role include, you must be:
- punctual and reliable;
- available to start immediately;
- able to communicate clearly;
- outgoing and eager to speak to new people;
- a quick learner;
- able to use email and calendar;
- good at organising and managing consultants schedule.
Fully paid training is provided.
On offer is a greathourly rate of $25-$30 per hour as a permanent casual employee, based on the hours of employment. The amount of wage will depend on your level of skill and experience.
