About the Role

As a Home Lending Executive within BOQ Specialist, you’ll take ownership of a healthcare‑aligned home lending portfolio, driving strong customer outcomes while supporting portfolio growth, retention and sound risk management. This is a highly autonomous role where you partner closely with Relationship Executives and broader stakeholders to deepen existing relationships, identify current opportunities and progress lending deals end‑to‑end. You’ll play a critical role in shaping and structuring complex home lending solutions—applying your credit expertise, judgement and commercial thinking to support deals through to settlement. Along the way, you deliver a consistently high standard of customer service, proactively manage risk, and step in to resolve escalations with confidence and clarity. Beyond day‑to‑day portfolio management, you act as a trusted advisor across the business—collaborating with internal teams, brokers and external partners to deliver seamless outcomes for customers. You also contribute to continuous improvement opportunities, helping to streamline processes, remove friction and uplift the overall customer experience.

About You

You’re an experienced home lending professional with strong technical foundation and a genuine passion for delivering tailored outcomes for customers. With proven experience in complex lending environments you interpret policy, assess risk and structure deals with confidence while balancing commercial and customer priorities. You’re known for strong relationship management and influencing skills, thriving in collaborative environments. You build trust quickly and drive outcomes through others. You’re analytical, solutions‑focused and comfortable operating with high autonomy, using sound judgement to navigate challenges and resolve issues. You embrace change,



challenge the status‑quo and continuously seek ways to improve customer experience and team capability. You bring a customer‑first mindset, paired with a commitment to quality, compliance and risk awareness in everything you do.
