Lead the Design Function on a Major Utility-Scale Solar, BESS & HV Project

We're partnering with a leading renewable EPC company delivering a major utility-scale Solar, BESS and HV infrastructure project.

This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of the entire design function, leading multidisciplinary engineering teams and driving key technical and commercial decisions from concept through to construction.

Responsibilities

- Leading design delivery across Solar Farms, BESS and HV Substations
- Managing multidisciplinary engineering teams and external consultants
- Driving design optimisation, constructability and project performance
- Influencing project outcomes across cost, programme, quality and safety
- Acting as the key interface between engineering, delivery and client stakeholders

Qualifications

- Robust grid connection and power systems knowledge




- Previous leadership experience within large EPC or infrastructure projects
- Collaborative and technically strong project environment
- Major focus on innovation, delivery, and continuous improvement
- High-growth business securing large-scale renewable infrastructure projects
- Opportunity to influence and shape major project outcomes
