With a strong reputation for delivering high‑quality road and civil works, Our Client plays a key role in maintaining and improving road networks across regional Queensland, including the Mackay region.
What you will be Doing
WorkPac is currently seeking experienced HR Drivers and Civil Operators to join Our Client's asphalt and spray seal operations based in Mackay. In this role you will support road construction and maintenance activities, including operating plant and equipment, assisting with asphalt and spray seal applications, maintaining equipment, and working safely as part of a crew on civil projects.
What you will need
- Relevant drivers licence (HR or MR depending on role)
- Relevant machinery tickets or licences (Forklift, Loader, Roller, etc. where applicable)
- Previous asphalt, spray seal or civil road construction experience highly regarded
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Solid commitment to workplace health and safety
- Ability to pass a pre‑employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
