Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Project Engineer or Project Manager to play an integral role in overseeing Civil Construction projects delivering an $11M intersection upgrade project, working within TMR specifications and standards. You will be joining an experienced team working across three projects covering subdivisions and roadworks.

Responsibilities

- Oversee project planning, scheduling, and ensure project compliance.
- Accountable for ensuring project compliance with all applicable legislation, regulations, standards, and TMR requirements.
- Responsible for monthly assessments and forecasts of projects financial performance.
- Manage and maintain client relationships.
- Coordinate and monitor the performance of employees, subcontractors, procurement, and necessary equipment.
- Subcontractor Management.

Qualifications

Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, you will demonstrate excellent communication, leadership,



and negotiation skills to deliver projects to agreed outcomes. You should have a solid understanding and experience of civil construction and subdivision works, along with extensive experience working within TMR (Transport and Main Roads) standards, specifications, and frameworks.
