We are seeking an experienced Interior Architecture Draftsperson to join our growing team. This is a full‑time position based in our Mount Hawthorn office. As an Interior Architecture Draftsperson , you will play a crucial role in translating design concepts and architectural visions into detailed, accurate technical drawings that guide the construction and fitout of interior spaces. Your meticulous attention to detail and technical expertise will be essential in ensuring that all projects are delivered to the highest standards and meet client expectations.

What you’ll be doing

- Producing detailed architectural and interior design drawings using industry‑standard CAD software and other digital tools
- Converting design concepts and sketches provided by architects and interior designers into comprehensive technical documentation
- Creating floor plans, elevations, sections, and 3D visualisations that accurately represent design intent
- Coordinating with architects, designers, and other team members to ensure drawings are accurate and meet project specifications
- Maintaining consistency with building codes, regulations, and industry standards throughout the drafting process
- Making revisions to drawings based on feedback from design professionals and clients
- Liaising with construction teams and contractors to clarify technical details and resolve any drawing‑related issues
- Organising and managing drawing files and project documentation in accordance with company standards
- Participating in project meetings and providing input on technical feasibility and drafting requirements

What we’re looking for





- Proven experience as an Interior Architecture Draftsperson or similar architectural drafting role, typically 3+ years in the industry
- Advanced proficiency in CAD software, particularly AutoCAD, with experience in other design tools such as SketchUp, Revit, or Adobe Creative Suite being advantageous
- Strong knowledge of architectural conventions, drawing standards, and building codes relevant to interior fitouts and construction
- Excellent technical drawing skills with the ability to produce accurate, detailed, and professional documentation
- Solid understanding of interior design principles, materials, finishes, and construction methodologies
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high‑quality work consistently
- Problem‑solving abilities and the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- A relevant qualification in architectural drafting, interior design, or a related discipline is preferred
- Experience in the hospitality, retail, or commercial fitout sectors would be highly valued
