We are one of the largest providers to the NDIS, supporting over 10,000 participants every year with the care they need, when and where it is needed. We have a multidisciplinary team approach, building a quality support service around the needs and goals of our participants and their families.

Responsibilities

- Manage a varied, community‑based caseload across homes, schools and outreach settings
- Work with individuals across the lifespan, including early intervention, paediatrics, adolescents and adults
- Support a range of needs such as feeding, early language, dysphagia, communication difficulties and AAC
- Conduct observations and standardised assessments to develop meaningful, participant‑centred goals
- Deliver evidence‑based therapy that builds communication, participation and independence
- Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to support participant outcomes
- Caseload will be tailored to your experience, interests and skilled goals
- Support the growth and development of graduates and early career clinicians

Qualifications

- Current Speech Pathology Australia membership with SPA
- Experience as a Speech Pathologist or Senior Speech Pathologist beyond graduation
- Passionate about community‑based support for people with disability
- Excellent time management and organisational skills to manage a varied caseload
- Thrives in a collaborative, multidisciplinary team environment




- Desire to mentor graduates and early career clinicians
- Drivers licence, reliable vehicle and comprehensive car insurance
