As our project pipeline continues to grow, we are seeking three experienced tradespeople to join us on a full-time basis.**Positions Available**We are currently recruiting for the following full-time roles:1. Carpenter2. Plasterer (Wall & Ceiling)3. Renderer**Key Responsibilities****Carpenter**1. Install wall framing, ceiling frameworks, and partition systems across residential and commercial projects2. Fix and finish plasterboard (Gyprock) systems, including stopping, setting, and taping3. Install suspended ceiling frameworks, including concealed grid, exposed grid, and bulkhead systems4. Fit doors, frames, skirting boards, architraves, and associated joinery5. Read and interpret architectural plans, construction drawings, and specifications6. Coordinate with plasterers and other tradespeople on active sites to ensure seamless project delivery**Plasterer (Wall & Ceiling)**1. Apply base coat,



finish coat, and texture to internal walls and ceilings on residential and commercial projects2. Install and set plasterboard (Gyprock) and suspended ceiling systems to a high standard of finish3. Prepare surfaces including patching, sanding, and priming prior to application4. Install cornices, shadow lines, and decorative plaster features as required5. Tape and set plasterboard joints to specified tolerances and client finish standards6. Read and interpret building plans and project specifications**Renderer**1. Apply cement, acrylic, and texture render systems to internal and external surfaces2. Prepare and treat substrates, including cleaning, priming, and applying bonding agents3. Install render systems including expanded metal lath, control joints, beading, and foam mouldings4. Mix render materials to correct ratios and consistency in accordance with manufacturer specifications5. Ensure all finishes meet client specifications, quality standards, and project requirements6. Maintain tools and equipment and adhere to safe handling of render materials on site**Requirements**The following requirements apply to all three positions:1. Relevant trade qualification (Certificate III or equivalent) preferred2. Minimum 1 year of experience, preferably in plastering, Gyprock, or ceiling fitout work3. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment4. Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality finishes5. Willingness to undertake ongoing training and comply with company procedures6. Full compliance with Work Health & Safety (WHS) requirements on site
