We are seeking a skilled Project Engineer to join our Brisbane team. Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, you will be the single point of contact for minor vendor packages, overseeing preliminary engineering, detailed design, procurement, fabrication, QA/QC, testing, and delivery to site.

Responsibilities

- Lead package engineering projects across design, procurement, fabrication, testing, and installation.




- Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure design compliance with project requirements and standards.
- Own and manage the Vendor Data Schedule.
- Manage technical queries with vendors and support design reviews.
- Interface with EPCM contractors during execution phases.
- Monitor schedules, costs, change management and risk management for package scopes.
- Support procurement, logistics, and construction activities to ensure delivery and site installation.
- Undertake occasional international travel to vendor premises.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related discipline.
- 5+ years’ experience in minerals processing, oil & gas, EPCM, or other heavy industries.
- Familiarity with packaged systems design, equipment integration, and vendor coordination.
