What You’ll Be Doing

As a Service Technician, you will:

- Carry out diagnostics, repairs, servicing and maintenance on a range of heavy equipment
- Accurately record all work completed, including parts used and time taken
- Keep the workshop tidy and take care of tools, machines and equipment
- Work closely with the team and customers to identify service needs and provide solutions




- Follow all safety procedures and represent the company professionally on‑site
- Deliver expert service and support to our customers and partners
- Contribute to a culture of safety, innovation, and continuous improvement

What We’re Looking For

- Trade qualified Heavy Diesel Fitter, Mobile Plant Mechanic, Diesel Mechanic or equivalent.
- Hands‑on experience with heavy diesel equipment, including major repairs and overhauls.
- Strong diagnostic skills in electrical, hydraulic and IT systems.
- Outstanding communication skills and a strong focus on customer service.
- Valid driver’s licence and the right to work in Australia.
- Safety conscious, solutions focused, and ready to grow.
- A proactive team player who takes ownership and drives results.
- Holds relevant certifications or qualifications.
