About The Role
Reporting to the Directors, you will provide strategic immigration advice to employer clients and manage sponsorship, DAMA DAR applications, labour agreements, nomination and visa applications. The role will suit a Registered Migration Agent with extensive experience supporting employers large and small.
- Provide strategic advice to employer clients of all shapes and sizes (from government agencies, ASX listed companies down to small businesses)
- Actively manage client matters by providing timely, complete and accurate advice when requested
- Support corporate clients with compliance requirements

Qualifications and Requirements
The successful candidate will have the following attributes:
- Must be a Registered Migration Agent expert in immigration law specifically in the Employer Sponsored framework.
- Excellent professional English written and oral communication including ability to communicate with a wide range of clients including CEO’s/MD’s, General Managers, People Managers, HR advisors, Recruitment personnel and individual migrants from a variety of backgrounds.
- Excellent case management and organizational skills
- Able to work positively with teammates
- Diligent attention to detail, thorough and conscientious approach to all cases especially when under pressure
- Demonstrated professionalism, integrity and strong customer service instincts
- Experience with Migration Manager preferred
