About the Opportunity

Reporting to the Executive Manager Shared Services, the ICT Manager is responsible for leading ICT service delivery across Anglicare NT. This includes oversight of Helpdesk operations, infrastructure reliability, cyber security activities, vendor management and technology projects.

You’ll play a key leadership role in delivering a strong digital experience for staff across diverse locations while ensuring systems, data and users are secure and supported.

What We’re Looking For

- Tertiary qualifications in IT or equivalent senior ICT management experience
- Strong experience leading ICT support/helpdesk teams
- Proven vendor and contract management experience
- Experience in systems administration and infrastructure delivery
- Demonstrated knowledge of cyber security frameworks and risk management
- Ability to deliver ICT projects and improvement initiatives
- Excellent communication skills, including translating technical concepts for non-technical audiences

Requirements

Please note: It is a requirement that prior to commencing in this role, you must provide 100 points of identification to confirm Australian citizenship or eligibility to work in Australia; possess a Working with Children (Ochre Card), a current National Criminal History Check (within 3 months) and a valid NT driver’s licence.

Additional Information

Experience of working closely with and having a strong understanding of Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander culture would be considered an advantage.
