Senior / Lead Speech Pathologist – Melbourne
Full-time or part-time | Relocation supported | Flexible & hybrid (work from community, clinics and WFH)

Responsibilities

- Deliver high-quality therapy to a varied caseload (children & adults)
- Provide supervision and support to junior team members
- Lead complex client planning and team collaboration
- Contribute to service design, career development (PD) and quality improvement
- Mix of school, community, clinic, and telehealth work

Requirements

- 3+ years’ experience & SPA registration (or eligibility)




- Strong mentoring and clinical communication skills
- WWCC, NDIS Worker Check, Police Check
- Driver’s licence + reliable vehicle
- Professional Indemnity Insurance
