This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll guide your team, oversee daily operations, and drive service performance, creating a positive experience for residents, families, and stakeholders alike.In this role, you will:* Lead the day-to-day delivery of food services, cleaning, and laundry services* Coach, support, and develop your team, building a strong, accountable, and engaged culture* Ensure services are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a consistently high standard* Oversee workflow, rostering, and operational performance* Maintain compliance with food safety, infection control, and quality standards* Build positive relationships with residents, families, and internal stakeholders* Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and enhance the customer experience* Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, quality, and care**Role requirements:**As an experienced service operations leader, ideally within aged care, healthcare, or a similar environment, you’ll be self-motivated, proactive, and bring strong leadership capability. You’ll empower your team to deliver safe, high-quality, person-centred services, while reinforcing the importance of food safety, compliance, and continuous improvement. You’ll demonstrate: * Strong knowledge of food safety, infection control, and service standards, supported by experience in a regulated setting* Experience leading teams across kitchen operations, cleaning and/or laundry services* Proven leadership capability, including coaching, rostering, and building a positive team culture* A proactive approach to problem-solving, organisation, and continuous improvement* Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with residents, families,
