Role Summary

Due to continued growth in our Core Commercial division, we are looking for an experienced Commercial Valuer or Associate Director ready to step into a leadership role and help shape the future of our expanding commercial division. This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated CPV with strong technical expertise, client engagement skills, and a passion for mentoring others. The incumbent will drive high performance, strengthen client relationships, and support the State Director in executing the team’s strategic vision.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and promote a client‑focused team culture.
- Support and drive change initiatives that align with the team’s strategic direction.
- Develop strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure timely, high‑quality outcomes.
- Provide mentoring and technical support to junior valuers, contributing to their growth and capability.
- Actively participate in business development and client engagement to grow market share.

Qualifications

- CPV status (AAPI and/or RICS).
- A degree in Business (Property) or equivalent.
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience as a qualified valuer.
- Client‑first mindset and excellent communication skills.
- Strong analytical and report‑writing abilities.
- Proactive, solutions‑focused approach to valuation challenges.
