Position Summary

Regional Manager role based in Bendigo managing SIL houses and programs with responsibilities for leadership, service delivery, risk management, and communication within the disability sector.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide leadership and direction to a team of Disability Support Workers/Keyworkers.
- Oversee administration tasks with high detail and within set timeframes.
- Coordinate day‑to‑day service delivery, enabling participants to achieve their NDIS plan goals.
- Maintain effective communication between internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage critical incidents, risk management strategies, and work health & safety processes.
- Model required behaviours and lead others to meet organisational expectations.
- Escalate and report participant complaints to the Operations Manager as necessary.
- Manage team dynamics, support productive relationships, and promote work‑life balance.
- Implement and monitor Positive Behaviour Support and Behaviour Support Plans.

- Patient, flexible, understanding, supportive, and caring nature,



with excellent listening skills and strong attention to detail.
- Experience leading teams within disability and/or healthcare sectors.
- Solid computer, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Tertiary qualification directly related to community services or disability, plus demonstrated experience in community service and/or NDIS service provision.
- Valid driver’s licence with access to a comprehensively insured vehicle.
- Proof of working rights in Australia, NDIS Worker Screening Clearance issued in the State of Victoria, Employee Working with Children Check card issued in the State of Victoria, and full COVID vaccinations.
- Ability to accept responsibility and work as part of a team.
