Role

Product Manager, App Acquisition and Retention - Hybrid

- Join WooliesX and scale our app audience using cutting-edge growth techniques
- Create habitual experiences which build engagement and value
- Permanent role based in Surry Hills, with remote working flexibility

What you’ll do

As the Product Manager for App Acquisition and Retention, you will lead a cross-discipline squad to build tools and experiences that attract and retain customers to the Woolworth App.

- Focus on seamless acquisition and onboarding for recent app customers
- Re-engage our customers through marketing automation
- Create sticky app-only experiences like e-receipts

What You’ll Bring

To be successful in this role, you need to demonstrate:

- Product Management expertise, including Product Strategy, Prioritisation, Customer Research,



Interpreting Data, Go-to-Market planning, Commercial Acumen and creating Product Roadmaps.
- Adaptive skills: Leadership, Decisiveness, Relationship building with stakeholders, Evangelism, Collaboration, Co-Creation and Communication skills.
- Previous app experience is desirable; prior growth experience is advantageous.
