Terragen Biotech is seeking an Organisation and Methods Analyst (Bioprocessing) to support the effective and compliant operation of our manufacturing environment through workflow analysis, documentation, reporting and continuous improvement.

This role focuses on observing and analysing end‑to‑end operational workflows (across production, quality and supply chain activities), identifying inefficiencies and control gaps, and translating findings into practical improvements to methods, procedures, templates and controlled documentation. You will work closely with key internal stakeholders to support audit readiness, traceability and consistent execution of approved processes.

Key responsibilities

- Analyse and map end‑to‑end operational workflows, identifying inefficiencies, bottlenecks and control gaps, and recommending practical improvements to methods and procedures.
- Develop, review and maintain controlled documentation including SOPs, Work Instructions (WIs), logs, registers and standardised templates, ensuring accuracy, traceability and alignment with site requirements.
- Collect, analyse and report operational and quality data (e.g. variances, deviations, non-conformances, CAPAs, audit findings) to support continuous improvement and audit readiness.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Quality, Bioprocessing, Supply Chain, Finance and Operations) to support consistent process execution, information flow and governance.
- Support review and standardisation of workflow steps related to purchasing/supplier documentation, goods‑inwards checks, inventory traceability and process documentation.




- Contribute to periodic performance and compliance reviews by collating observations, trend data and evidence for management reporting.
- Support alignment between documented procedures and operational reality through structured on‑site observation and validation of workflows (as required).
- Assist with documentation and process support activities related to operational expenditure controls and reconciliation processes (as relevant to production and supply chain workflows).

About you (selection criteria)

Essential

- Tertiary qualification (Bachelor's degree or higher) in a relevant field, and at least one year of relevant experience.
- Demonstrated experience in process/workflow analysis, documentation, reporting, and continuous improvement in an operational or regulated environment.
- Strong capability in developing and maintaining procedures and controlled documentation (SOPs/WIs/templates/logs) with high attention to detail and data integrity.
- Experience working with ERP/system‑based workflows (e.g. SAP or similar) and supporting traceability, approvals and process controls.
- Robust written communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Desirable

- Exposure to manufacturing/bioprocessing environments and/or quality systems (e.g. HACCP/cGMP/FAMI-QS/organics standards).
- Robust Excel/reporting skills (Power BI or similar is a plus).
- Experience supporting audit preparation and evidence collation.
